Ningbo to Shanghai vice versa

I'll arriving Ningbo on Aug 6 & would like to go Shanghai. Can assist me e bullet train or express train on how to get there. At the sametime from Shanghai to Ningbo. Which is faster mode of transport, bullet or coach. Kindly advise me. Thanks!
