blooming tea, how can you tell is oldfresh

How long can you keep the white and Green tea balls which have been handcrafted with jasmine and aramanth flower. How can you tell is old or fresh?Thanks

You can discriminate whether it is old or fresh through the color, smell and taste. Fresh tea is usually with bright color, fragrant smell and fresh taste. Meanwhile , it contains less water, so it is crispy. Oppositely, old one is usually dark even black in color and light in taste.
