How rainy does it get in August in Shangri-La? Also, how humid?

August is the traditional rainy season in Shangri-la. Shower may happen at noon but not cool so summer shorts will be ok. At the same time, you should prepare long shirt and jeans in case of the great temperature difference in the morning and night. It will not be very humid.0
