About:Chinese Embassies in Asia

I'm Pakistani national, where can I get Authentication/attesstation application form and what documents are required?

I am pakistan national, I need to attest my non-married certificate fom China embassy, what are documents exactly required to submit China Consulate, and also where i can download authentication/attesstation?

For attesting un-married certificate ,needed china financee conscent letter and unmarried certificate, but my financee in shenzen, she cannot go so far away her homw town,if Her Hukou or her sister statement,not enough?

You can download the Authentication/attesstation application form from this website https://www.travelchinaguide.com/embassy/pdf/notarization-application-form.pdf

Before you go to embassy to attest your non-married certificate, you should first get unmarried certificate and consent letter from your fiancee, and make your non-married certificate attested by the Foreign Ministry of Pakistan, Islamabad within half-year validity.

Then you can go to the embassy to apply for authentication by bring the following documents:
1. Original non-married certificate and the photocopies;

2. Completely filled AUTHENTICATION/ATTESTATION APPLICATION FORM; stating clearly which documents (names of the documents) you want attestation and the reason/purpose for this attestation.

3. Photocopy of you valid passport and ID card.

4. If the original documents are in Urdu, an English/Chinese translation is required.

5. unmarried certificate and consent letter from your Chinese fiancee are also required.

Her Hukou and her sister statement are not enough. She has to go to Marriage Registration Office of Civil Affairs Bureau in her hometown to get the unmarried certificate. The consent letter from her parents is required.
