New trains Suzhou-Beijing

As I see the trains from Suzhou to Beijing compleetly changed.
There is no direct train D386.
There are more trains, but only passing through Suzhou.
Will it be difficult to buy tickets now (on the station) for such trains?
Can I buy tickets in Shanghai (Shanghai-Beijing) and take the train in Suzhou?

It is easy to get ticket for the high speed train from Suzhou to Beijing at the train station since it runs frequently. You can buy the tickets of the train from Suzhou-Shanghai in Shanghai and take the train in Suzhou.

Can it be a problem to buy tickets for the next day (i want to buy tickets on 24.07 for a train which goes on 25.07) maybe it is possible to book tickets through touristic agency (by phone or mail?). Hostel in Suzhou don't want to do that. if there won't be any tickets we will have a huge problem
