where is my parcel and i sent a parcel to a seller in china on 22.6.2011 ?

hello! i sent a parcel to a seller in china on 22.6.2011 tracking number RR919043435IL and i have track it in china post . it's wrote there (unsuccessful delivery ) 28.6.2011 where is the parcel?
