It may have typhoon in the southeast coastal area of China at that time, such as, Fujian, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Guangdong area.

stay at where you live! air flights will be canceled. Have heavy rain which would bring difficulty to your travel. You didn't tell where you are going and the possibility to have a sunami in this september is unknown.
