where is my parcel the tracking number is RR919043435IL

hello! i sent a package to someone in china and the tracking number is RR919043435IL in the china site wrote (unsuccessful delivery 2011-06-28 ) please check it. thanks

Yes, it is true. It should be in China. Suggest you inform the receiver to check it in local China Post office.
