beach/sunbathing in Qingdao?

I want to know, if the water of the acean is clean to swim. Some people told me that water is polluted.

Does local people use to swim or to sunbath there? or just foreigners?

No, the water is not polluted. You can go to Qingdao Number One Bathing Beach where the environment and relevant falicities are relatively complete. Local people also swim there during the hot summer.
