Generally speaking, only if the applicant's spouse is Chinese or he has real estate in China, can the applicant apply for a multiple-entry L visa. If the applicant's spouse is Chinese, he/she needs to provide passport of his/her spouse, the resident permit or the visa and the certificate of relationship statement. If the applicant has house property in China, he/she needs to provide the certificate of ownership statement(copy).

If you have at least 2 previous China visas on your passport, it is also possible ofr you to get a multiple entry visa with 12 months validity.
