New baby apply for chinese passport

Hi. I am chinese. My boyfriend is German. I want my son have a chinese passport first after he is born. Which will be on 15 August .And then we will travel back to china to visit my family in october .I want to know how can I have the passport ? Should I travel to madrid with my son or ...? If it is possible to have an urgent passport ? and how much will cost ? Thanks
