Well, my friend live in Ningde. She told me that the life level in Ningde is comparatively high, but the salary is not so satisfied. As a foreigner, if you want to live ease there, I think you need to get a salary at least CNY3000-4000 there. Anyway, it depends on your life style and consumption concept.1
