hangzhou to sanghai by train, how longhow about the time schedule?

How to go to Shanghai from Hangzhou by train. Which train should i take and how long does it take. How about the time schedule of the train. I will arrive in Hangzhou airport and will direct to Manhattan Jinling Business Hotel in Shanghai (Address:No.58 South Henan Road, Huangpu District,Shanghai, China,200002) by train. You can go to Hangzhou Railway station to take high speed train or bullet train to Shanghai Hongqiao railway station. The train opertaes from 06:00 to 21:50 frequently.  After arriving at Hongqiao Railwya station, you can take subway line 2 to East Nanjing Road and walk about 10-15 minutes to the hotel. Or catch a taxi there.
