How many days should I allow to visit the Bamboo Sea? How far away is Yibin from the Bamboo Sea?

2 days is better. It is really a nice place. Don’t worry about the lodging, for you can find the hotels and restaurants everywhere in the Bamboo Forest. They won’t charge too much.
They are about 70km away from the city.
If you want to go there yourself from Chengdu, you may go to Chengdu Xinnanmen Bus Station. There is a stable bus and the fee is about CNY100. you can get to the Bamboo Forest directly.
