I am an canada national. Joing a co. in Beijing soon. How long is the processing for work permit?

It takes a fews weeks or months to get the work permit (also called Alien Employment Licence), your company in Beijing will do it for you. The Ministry of Labour amd Social Security issue the work permit to aliens.
