is there a train or a bus to Shanghai and Beijing from Zhanjiang?

How long does it take? and whice one is the cheapest and more safe by bus or train? thanks

Yes, there are trains for both of the cities.
To to Shanghai South train station, the train will takes about 1 day and 7 hours.
To Beijing West train station, the train takes about 1 day and 13 hours. Train is more safe for you.
