how to visit hong kong disneyland from causeway bay?

on my way home to phils. i decided to visit hongkong for 2 days. can u help me prepare an itenerary? i would like to see Disneyland, Ocean Park and Victoria Park. I will be staying in Causeway Bay.

I would suggest you visit Disneyland for one day and the other two in the other day. If you have two whole days, you can also go to Biant Buddha and Po Lin Monastery before Disneyland in Ngong Ping.
