how to renew a chinese passport if it already expired?

A Chinese national working in St. Vincent and the Grenadines chinese passport is expired. Would she be able to renew her passport at the embassy in Barbados, is she required to travel to Barbados? What exactly does she have to do to fix this problem?

Principly, passport renewal should be done before it expires. She can try to do it now and go Chinese embassy in person. Requirements are as follows:1. Original passport;2. Two passport-sized photo;3. One completed application form for Chinese passport renewal.
