About:Policy for Foreigners with Immediate Family Living in China
hello . i want to ask question about China permanent residence visa.
hello , i am indian and my wife is chineses and i have baby also born in dongguan , i want to live with my family so i want permanet residence permit , we have house and we are doing biz also . we have own property also . so pls suggest my permanent permit only can issue after 5 year ?? some time i go other country for biz and stay 1 month due to some biz work so this is condition that i must stay 9 month in china ?? and how we can count stay 9 month also ?? very complicated . we married and i have my child mother in law also , this type of condition that u must live 5 year and 9 month each year stay than u can get green card ??? pls suggest
