I'm planning to go Harbin in early September (8/9 to 16/9), what is the weather during this period? Is it early Autum & what should we wear? Thanks in advance

Hi, Lim. You are right. It is the early Autumn in Harbin. It has little rainfall and a fluctuating temperature during this month; it is also windy.   The temperature usually ranges from 9~21C. It is generally cool and pleasant.
