Hi. Can I apply for a China student visa without going back to my country?

Now I have F Visa, but I found the oportunity to study in China. Can I change my f visa to a student visa without going back to Brazil, my country?

No, sir, if you want to study in China, you can try to apply for a student visa in HK after you get documents for X visa. Or if in HK thet refuse to accept your application, you can send back all required documents and ask your family do it on your behalf, and then send the passport to HK when visa is issued.
