hello..i am planing to visit China on 29th june..can i apply for visa 2 days before ?

You should apply for a China visa as soon as possible. China visa application takes 4 working days in regular processing. If you will go to China on 29th June, you can use their rush service (the same day service). Check https://www.travelchinaguide.com/embassy/india.htm for Consular Jurisdiction of Chinese embassy/consulate and if you need to drop your visa application to CVASC.
