how can one go to the centre of the zhengzhou city at late night?

I am arriving in Zhengzhou at 23.20 (flight # MU9327). At the time of my previous trip to Zhengzhou (same flight) there was no any taxi there, but a friend of mine gave me a lift to the centre of the city. May I expect that I could catch a taxi at late night. If not would you be so kind to let me know where I can spend the night near the airport.

Usually, there is taxi at night outside the airport and you can take it to the city centre. If you can not find a taxi, you can stay in the hotel near Zhengzhou airport such as Zhengzhou Airport Hot Spring Hotel.
