Walk around Tai Kok Tsui Area Hong Kong @ 10PM still safe?

Arrival to HK is at 8PM. Will take bus E21 and walk to #8 Anchor Street Tai Kok Tsui Kawloon (Bridal Tea House Hotel)? Are there taxi in the bus stop? If none, where is the nearest taxi stand? Thank you!

If you take bus E21, you can get off the bus at Ming Kei College, Cherry Street, then walk along Oak Street for about several minutes to Anchor street. No need to take a taxi. It is generally safe to walk around that area at that time.
