amjad from iraq. I want to get a visa to China for the purpose of trade. can i get visa from ukraine?

If your student visa in Ukraine is valid for at least next 6 months, you can apply for a China visa through Chinese embassy there. The required documents are as follows:
1. Application form for China visa application (both V2011A and V2011B);
2. Original passport valid for more than 6 months;
3. one passport-sized phtoto;
4. invitation letter from both a China company and an authorized government organization like the local foreign affairs office or etc. in China;
5. Photocopy of your student visa/residence permit in Ukraine;
other documents required by visa officers if they deem necessary.
