Chungking Mansion is a safe place to stay or not? If I and my husband booking backpackers for 5 days 4 nights in Chungking Mansion when Chinese New Year closer, the place safety or not? I heard that Chungking Mansion always crowded with lots of India? Are they friendly or I need to beware of those India? haha.. Need to ask more in case accident happens.

The surrounding there is not very good but it can be safe. You have your husband together with you, so it will be all right there.
