Where can i buy a call card or local sim card in Shanghai for me to use calling abroad?

Hi thank you so much for your help about late night bus from pudong airport. I'm now here in shanghai but i'm having a hard time in communicating. It seems like i'm lost in translation. Where can i buy a call card to call international? or a local sim card?

Well, the local sim card of China Mobile or China Unicom do allow international call. You could purchase the sim card anywhere at the booth along streets. Very easy! And, the public phone also supports int'l call.
