track in Jiuzaigou,zhangjiajie and tianmenshan

Are there a difficult track for old person in jiuzaigou,zhangjiajie,and tianmenshan?
Plan to visit there on september.

At these scenic spots, there are sight-seeing bus or cable car to help you, so take easy. However, be aware of the high altitude of Jiuzhaigou.
