about china visa service providers

Question

I am an American living in rural Japan.  I plan to go to China in August.  I can't get to a Chinese consulate.  Can you recommend any travel agencies in Japan that can do a Chinese visa?  Or any other way for me to get the Chinese visa?  It's extremely difficult, and expensive, for me to travel to Osaka, which would be the consulate nearest to me.Thank you very much.

Cordray, China consulate in Osaka doesn't appoint any visa agency or travel agency to accept China visa application, if you really can't appear in the consulate in person, you can find a travel agency in Osaka and send the required documents to the agency, which will apply China on your behalf and send back the passport and visa.
