about china visa service providers

I am an American living in rural Japan. I plan to go to China in August. I can't get to a Chinese consulate. Can you recommend any travel agencies in Japan that can do a Chinese visa? Or any other way for me to get the Chinese visa? It's extremely difficult, and expensive, for me to travel to Osaka, which would be the consulate nearest to me.
