About:China Visa

what offers better opportunities for an F visa or a Z visa?

I am not asking what is appropriate, I live and work in China, with the appropriate visa. The question is what is more advantageous. I have a Canadian friend who says he has an F visa and it offers him more flexibility. I have an Australian friend who says if he could get a Z visa, he would rather have that. Both have lived here a long time. Please advise.

Z visa is more advantageous. The Z visa is generally single entry, permits 30 days stay duration. Z visa holders should apply for Temporary Residence Permit within 30 days after entry, the Temporary Residence Permit can be used as a multiple-entry visa to exit and enter China for many times. It is generally valid for one year. It is more flexible than F visa.
