Is it possible to received HKG transit visa(outside the airport) for 11 hours?

Dear Sir/Madam
I m Nepali citizen.I am travelling to USA via route of KTM/HKG/LAX & on return LAX/HKG/KTM
So is it possible to received HKG transit visa(outside the airport) for 11 hours.

Yes, it is possible for you to apply double entry Hong Kong transit visa through China embassy in Kathmandu.
