self tour to beijing

i will be in beijing fro one day i want to know how to go from airport to Tiananmen Square then to  forbodden city and then to beihing great wall by city bus or subway

You want to see those three places in one day? I think that's impossible. From the airport to Tiananmen Square, you can take airport and subway Line 2. Get off at Qianmen Station. Tiananmen Square is above the subway station. Then walk to the Forbidden City opposite the square. Then, suggest you take a taxi to Deshengmen for 919 bus to Badaling Great Wall. I don't think you can finish this in one day. Perhaps, better to rent a car or have a one day arranged tour.
