how to get to victoria peak by bus from Central?

You can take bus 1 from International Finance Centre Two in Central to the top of the Peak. You can also take bus 15 at Central Star Pier. You can also walk from Central to Peak Tram's lower terminal in Garden Road and then take peak tram to the top.
