About:China Business Visa

How to renew China F visa

Hello everyone, I have visa F, with 2 entries, duration of each stay is 180 days. I got it on 1 Feb 2011 and it will expire on August 1. So do i need to leave China to extend my Visa or i can just extent it while staying in Shanghai.

You are required to apply for a new visa out of China. And make sure do not overstay in China.

Mr.VINAYKUMAR, it's true that your visa has not expired. You have to exit Mainland China, then return to Mainland China before 1st August 2011 for another 180 days stay duration. For example, you can go to Hong Kong/Macau or your home country in mid July, then go back to Mainland China in late July for the second entry and 180 days stay duration.

Actually my visa is not getting expired i think. The actual words mentioned in my passport are:

Category: Visa F
Entries: 2
Enter Before: 01 August 2011
Issue Date: 01 Feb 2011
Duration of each stay: 180 days

I came to China on 09 Feb and I have not been out of China yet. So could you please help me out.
