Getting a second Visa for China

I live in China since March and I want to travel to Tokyo for seven days before I will have to go back to China for about 14 days before I will fly back to Germany. The problem is that my Visa was only for one entry to China, so I can't get in a second time. Can I apply for a new tourist Visa in Tokyo so that I will can come back to China?
