In 2012 we plan to cycle 4 weeks in Taiwan. What is the best period? (weatherwise)

I have made bicycle trips in Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos etc. I make appr 80 till 100 km per day.

The best period for you is April or November in Taiwan. The average temperature of the two monthes is about 17~25C. It is mild and pleasant. Nice for travelling in Taiwan.
