is it possible to do a 1-day tour of shanghai?? What would we see??

Yes, possible. I went to Nanjing East Road by subway and walk to Yuyuan Garden and get around that area. Then I go to the Bund area at night. If you do not want shopping in Nanjing Road, I suggest you can save some time to see other places, such as Xintiandi, Pearl Tower, etc.1

yes, one-day shanghai tour is possible if you are energetic enough, i would like to recommend old town ( yuyuan garden, food street, bazzar. fabric market. ) the bund, lujiazui area, nanjing road, people's square, and finished in xintiandi. which almost cover everything in center of shanghai.
