1. if you are in your country you go to chinese embassy and they give you special form to fill in, and pass the procedure step by step,
2. if you are in mainland, in every big city there is a place to do that,0

You medical check should be done from a hospital appointed by Chinese embassy. So, if possible, you'd better contact them or visit the embassy in person for the list.0
