About:Shanghai Travel

We will arrive at Shanghai Pudong at 21:45 and need to get to downtown

Are there busses that run that late? How much time might it take us to get through customs and get our luggage?

Yes, you can still find bus at that time running from Pudong airport to the downtown area. It takes about 30 minutes to get through customs and get your luggage.
