There is no direct flight from Karachi to Wuhan. You can first fly from your country to Beijing or Shanghai, then transfer to flight to Wuhan. If you want a reasonable fare, you need to book the flight ticket in advance.

there are couple of Pakisatni/ Indian style restaurants in wuchang. one is close to wuhan uiversity (dong hu lu) and the other at Hua shi (wen hua jie). There is probably one more in Hankou, close to Bei hu (maybe). you can visit them first and see if they are doing good. If the restaurant are suppose to cater the student community then the prices have to be affordable and it should be able to survive the summer holidays.

there is almost a daily flight connect from karachi to guangzhou via Bangkok. make sure you take a flight with least amount of transit at bangkok airport (the air port has not many places to rest for long hours). get another connecting flight from guangzhou to wuhan. from karachi to guangzhou and back to karachi package costs around 65, 000 to 75, 000 depending on the time or the agent. once in guangzhou you can also take the bullet train but if you are coming for the first time i will advise to not to do that (the language barrier would too much for you to get to the station on time)
another option is the weekly PIA flight from karachi to beijing via islamabad. then get another flight for wuhan. this could cost around 80, 000 rs.

I think the best option for you is to take Air china from karachi to chengdu and then from chengdu to wuhan.
the flight from karachi to chengdu leaves around 11 p.m and it reaches chengdu around 8 a.m (china time). from there the flight for wuhan leaves around 11 a.m and you will be in wuhan before 2 p.m. I think this is the most direct , easy and the cheapest way to come to wuhan. I think currently you can get this ticket for around 3300 rmb (45,000 rupees). I know this becuase all the pakistani's comming from karachi to wuhan use this route.
