the best hotel 4 star hotel to stay in Hong Kong

can you tell me which is the best hotel for me to stay in hk, i want to go to the ocean park, 360 buddha , victoria peak, symphony of lights, stars of avenue and also good shopping. i have royal plaza hotel, regal kowloon hotel, dorset seaview, ymca salisbury. there are 7 adults and 2 children. we plan to travel by mtr. or can you suggest a 4 star comfortable hotel. thank u
