How to get to Hong Kong from Tianhe?

From Tianhe, how can i go to Hong Kong. Metro which line I must use? where should i stop at? how long the journey takes?

You can go to Guangzhou East Railway station to take train from Guangzhou to Hong Kong and it takes about 2 hours.
