No direct bus from the hotel to West Hill. You should take bus 5 from the privincial Stadium to Art Theater. Then change to bus C8 and get off at the last stop to get there. Another option, walk to Baita Road Cross to take bus A1. This bus runs to the village of various nationalities. You can also take this to Haigeng Park on the east bank of Dianchi lake. The back exit of the part leads to the other bank of the lake. There is Longmen cable car to your destination.
