how i cant get residence permit in China?

hi i am indian and my wife is chineses , our marriage already registerd in her hometown , and now she is going to born baby . at prsent have residence permit visa and that is for my work can next time i can get residences visa for my family or extend ?? i am in donnguan so where i can submit theses document , pls suggext proper department name address , we have house and other property also . pls help how to apply
