Can i apply for 1 month visit visa in Hongkong at China consulate in laoag with supporting letters?

Do you mean to apply for a one month HK visa from Chinese consulate in Laoag? if yes, please check its consular districts first. If your area of residence is under its consular jurisdiction, you can submit your HK visa application to Chinese consulate in Laoag.
