About:Marriage Registration in China

I'm married to a Chinese lady, will it be any easier to get a resident premit and where do i go to get the permit from,in changsha?

Yes, it will be easier for you to get a residence permit if you are married to a Chinese lady, please go to the Exit-Entry Administrative Department of Changsha Public Security Bureau to apply for the residence permit. If the marriage doesn't lasts for one year, maybe you will be issued a family visit visa rather than residence permit.
