Transport mode & directions jinshan district to oriental sports center, pudong new area

we are attending fina world swimming champs and staying at seagull hotel jinshan district where open water swim events are to be held (city beach), however we would like to watch the pool swimming events as well which are to be held at the oriental sports center , pudong new area - how would we get there & which is best and safest mode of transport , please advise ??
