transport from Shanghai pudong airport to Zhongxing road

Hello Sir,
I shall reach Shanghai Pudong Airport at around 11.30PM. My Hotel is Holiday Inn Express Zhabei in Shanghai. address is 1738 Zhongxing Road, Shanghai. What is the best way to reach this hotel. Thanks in advance.

There is no bus in service driving you to this hotel at late night. So, you should hire a taxi to get to the hotel.
