We are a brazilian couple who resides in Japan and we are planning to go to China in the end of November and I would like to confirm if it is ok to my husband apply for my visa and also the price for a single-entry as a tourist for 15 days. We don't speak japanese then we would like to know if there is someone who speaks english in the Tokyo embassy.
