i would like to travel to china for a holiday, i want to know what are the requirement for the visa?

The requirements for you to apply a tourist visa to China are:
Completed and signed visa application form (Form V.2011A)

Valid original passport

One recent passport sized colour photograph. This must not be more than 6 months old

round-trip plane ticket

hotel booking in China
